Dyne-A-Mite™ IT Blown Ion Plasma Treater
Plasma treater for plastic and non conductive surfaces to improve adhesion properties.
High velocity plasma treatment activates plastics, glass, and metal surfaces for improved adhesion.
This plasma treater pushes pressurized air past a single electrode inside the treater head. It creates a focused stream of charged ions which bombards surfaces to clean, micro etch and functionalize surfaces to improve adhesion of inks, adhesives and coatings.
Materials Commonly Treated
ABS, EPDM, EVA, PMMA, HDPE, LDPE, TPU, PC, PE, PET, PP, PS, PU. PVC, PBT, ASA
