How Induction Sealing Works

Your new Enercon induction sealing system will be one of the easiest pieces of equipment to install on your packaging line.

Production line models mount over a conveyor after your capping operation. Table-top models are portable and can be used anywhere. The operating principle of these models is the same. The induction sealer creates a focused electromagnetic field that heats the induction foil wad inside your product’s cap. The heat melts a polymer on the induction wad to create a hermetic bonded seal. It’s as easy as that.
